Gift Cards

• The balance on a gift card can be spent on more than one order, as long as there is still a balance on the gift card.
• Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping.
• Gift cards can be used together with discount codes.
• Multiple gift cards can be used on a single order.
• A gift card can't be used to buy another gift card.

When you buy a gift card you have an option to send the gift card with a custom message to your chosen recipient. You can send the gift card immediately after buying it, or you can send the gift card on a scheduled date. Scheduled gift cards are sent approximately between 4:00 am–10:00 am in the purchasing customer's timezone.

The recipient gets a personalized email that contains the custom message and the gift card code. You will receive a notification that contains the gift card code, and the notification confirms that the gift card was sent to the recipient.

When making a purchase in store, you can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code in the appropriate field at checkout. Gift card codes aren't case sensitive.

When you redeem a gift card, the checkout displays one of the following options:

• If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then you can click Complete order.
• If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then you will be prompted to choose an additional payment method for the balance before placing the order. This includes adding another gift card.
