📦 Physical Books

Books can only be returned if they are damaged. If you receive a damaged book, please email a photo to beth@bethprentice.com and return the books to the following address:

62 Kingfisher Crescent, Palmview Queensland 4553, Australia

If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, or for any reason other than a damaged or faulty product.


💻 Digital Products (ebooks & audiobooks)

Because digital products are delivered instantly, all ebook and audiobook sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been delivered or downloaded.

However, if you have technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact me at beth@bethprentice.com and I’ll be happy to help.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • ebooks

  • audiobooks

  • personalized or special-order items

  • sale items

  • gift cards

Please get in touch if you have questions about a specific item.


🔄 Exchanges

If your physical book is damaged, the fastest way to receive a replacement is to request a return and then place a new order once the return is approved.


🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your physical-product order within 14 days. Digital goods are excluded once delivered.
